About the Role
The role will be based in our new showroom and will include a range of duties, namely:
⁄ Greeting and registering of clients in the showroom.
⁄ Answering telephone calls in a professional manner.
⁄ Arranging of appointments for the sales team.
⁄ Processing daily orders and deposits.
⁄ Range of administrative duties.
⁄ Maintain showroom area in optimum condition at all times.
⁄ Assist with refreshments.
We are looking for the following essential skills:
⁄ Good organisation skills.
⁄ Possession of good communication skills.
⁄ Professional telephone manner.
⁄ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
⁄ Good use of email communications and Internet-based tools.
⁄ Fluent in written and spoken English.
⁄ Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
⁄ revious experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
